SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Use your social media habit for the greater good! 

You will help Nonlinear communicate its results and mission to the public. This will include:

• Creating and managing our social media presence
• Posting our content to the relevant online communities
• Coming up with ways to communicate our results in a clear and engaging way

• Pay: this is an unpaid position. A stipend can be given if you would otherwise not be able to take the position

 
WHAT WE NEED

• Familiarity with Facebook and Twitter, particularly in the EA community
• Familiarity with the EA and AI safety communities / culture
• A good sense of how to make things get engagement on social media
• Excellent writing skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours a week to the position
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months to the role. If it goes well and you are interested, the role can be extended 

 
WHAT WE WANT

• Familiarity with Reddit, particularly in the EA community
• Editing skills
